Some issues with the Will Call piece.

On the old system when looking at will call requests I can click export to csv

When I go to the IPv5 system I don't see anyway to import those requests via the exported CSV.

Found this issue of no import option trying to test to see if there is a bug when searching for someone and results are showing archived even when archived is not checked.

I found a couple of things on the new system in addition to the Import Will Call Requests

Archive records doesn't seem available for Ticketing or Acounting

A simple typo in the Will Call Request form

Ran across this error when looking through Accounting for Import options. When I clicked on Booths to view options I seen this error

This could be because some booths don't have the Product Department Category assigned. Is it possible to add a export and import of products existing. I could see where updating the Product Category using a spreadsheet would be much faster than going to each product and manually assigning.

Have you had a chance to take a look?

I am willing to pay for the fixes since I already paid you for the IPv5 app.. I would love to get a copy of the app as well so I can store it for later but would prefer the updates/fixes applied prior to getting the file.

Updates Include:

1. Ticketing: Add Import Will Call Requests from Exported CSV requests

2. Ticketing: Will Call Request form, Can you rename "Campany Name to Business Name"

3. Accounting: Clicking on Booths produces an error (screenshot in previous post)

4. Accounting: I do not see an export to csv or import from csv option for Transactions (used for auditing)

5. Application (so both Ticketing and Accounting): How do you Archive selected items for a date range
