I appreciate what this app does - I have exactly this problem with long signature lines (which are useful for my community). However, they are very disruptive, and even more so to mobile devices. Our migration to Invision was largely to ensure effective mobile access - sorely lacking in the previous software we used.  However, as page impressions in mobile view exploded from essentially zero to two-thirds within weeks, I had to disable signatures because they were so disruptive on phones.

But even in a moderately long thread, having signatures appearing only the first time member post to thread is far from ideal too. It means having to try to locate that post to view the signature, which can be very inconvenient and a major barrier in long threads. Instead, I suggest that signatures are hidden with a toggle button in the foot of the post to display the signature for the particular post.
